Independent Contractors Wanted Do you own your own truck, but still feel like you work for someone else? At ILM we are currently recruiting ambitious, independent contractors who want the benefits and support of dedicated freight, no layovers, free dispatch services, detention pay, daily settlements, fuel discounts, etc. We believe that just because you own one or two trucks you should be treated any differently or have less clout than those with 500 trucks. That's why our current contractors are averaging $1.50 per mile for all miles including deadhead, and are left sitting only when they want to. We require newer tractors in good shape, ability to get along with others, with a desire to make money. Whether you have 1 truck or 20, we want you!
